23RD October,1917 disembarked in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 1st Light Horse Signal Squadron.
27th October, 1919 – Base Signal Depot march in ex Moascan for Alexandria.
29th December,1917 – Marched out to ! signal Squadron Alexandria.
12th January, 1918 – Signal Troop taken on strength.
11th October, 1918 Taken sick admitted to hospital.
27th November was admitted to 31st General Hospital PVO Abbrassia.
26th December,1918 – admitted Convalescent Hospital Bonlic.
1st January,1919 – discharged Convalescent Hospital – to sick leave.
1st February,1919 – Signal Training Unit from sick leave- marched into central Signal Depot.
15th February,1919 – Detached to A.I.F head quarters – Australian h/quarters attached for duty Cairo.
24th May,1919 – Moascar march in ex A.I.F.
31st May,1919 – march out to 3 Signal Troop Zayazig??.
25th June,1919 – Applied for six weeks extended leave without pay in UK was approved he was to report to MAD Depot Pt Said to await embarkation, marched out to base camp Pt Said Moascar.
15th September granted extension to leave and subsequently was demobilized in Britain, 7 November ,1919 (special circumstances Death of his Brother Thomas Francis )

Charles Augustus Vivers was born in October 1888 in Bedford, Bedfordshire, his father, Thomas 1860 –1932, and his mother, Jessie, 1855- 1933 He died in March 1977 at Lambeth, Greater London, England the age of 88.

He had three brothers and one sister.
Robert Victor Vivers was born in July 1887 in Bedford, Bedfordshire. He married his first wife Lizzie Brown in 1916 in Queensland Lizzie d 1919 in Queensland. In 1920 he married his second wife Cecilia Myrtle Moore in Queensland. He died on June 18, 1961, Qld at the age of 73.

William Arres Vivers was born about 1891, in Bedford, Bedfordshire, He married Dorothy Bennett in September 1920 in Derby, Derbyshire. He died on February 17, 1961, at the age of 70.

Thomas Francis Vivers was born about 1892, He died on September 4, 1919, in Bedfordshire, at the age of 27. He also served in ww1, U.K. and died from illness or injury complication after his discharge.

Elizabeth Gladys Vivers was born on March 2, 1894, in Bedfordshire. She was married Charles Daniel Keyworth in December 1937 in Bedford, Bedfordshire. She died in December 1979 in Colchester, Essex, at the age of 85.
